Posting your question to the forum will still be the best way to get support and will allow you to get suggestions from a wide range of Retrospect users, but the chat may be helpful for simple quick questions.

1) All of your user account info has been moved to the new forum. This includes username, profile, password, prior posts and total post count.

2) All users will need to login to the forum when visiting it for the first time.

3) The forum requires you to accept cookies and turn on Javascript support in your browser (if turned off).

4) We are still working on article to article URL redirects to reduce broken links.
